LifeBridge Is Recruiting Board Members!

LifeBridge is entering a pivotal period of growth and is seeking experienced professionals currently serving in leadership roles to join our Board of Directors as strategic partners in advancing community mental health.

As we expand trauma-informed services, integrate care into schools and healthcare settings, strengthen our workforce pipeline, and build sustainable revenue models, we are looking for individuals currently serving in leadership roles in the following areas:

• Behavioral health or healthcare systems
• Commercial business, operations, or entrepreneurship
• Finance, accounting, or risk management
• Fund development, marketing, or communications
• Human resources or organizational development
• Law firm partners or legal professionals
• Education, workforce development, or public service

Strong executive-level board leadership is essential to ensuring our services remain stable, high-quality, and accessible — particularly in communities with limited resources, where consistency and sustainability directly impact resilience and healing. Board members play an active role in governance, strategic planning, community partnership development, and long-term sustainability.
