Our licensed clinicians support the wellness of adults and children aged six and older through talk therapy and art therapy.

We offer in-person services in Bridgeport and Fairfield, teletherapy, support groups for youth and parents, and a Community Support Program (CSP) for adults with mental health and addiction concerns. Language translation is available in 82+ languages. We accept insurance, including Medicaid and CHIP, and provide a sliding fee scale—ensuring no one is turned away for inability to pay.

Talk Therapy.

Talk therapy, or psychotherapy, is when you talk to a trained mental health professional. You can do this alone or in a group. It helps people with feelings like anxiety and depression and provides ways to handle problems. This therapy can improve relationships and support you during hard times. Most sessions last 30 to 60 minutes.

Art Therapy.

Art therapy is a way to use creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpting to help people express feelings that may be hard to explain. It can help anyone, no matter how old, by reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety and improving self-esteem.

You don’t need to be a good artist to participate. A certified art therapist will help you with the activities. This type of therapy is part of a bigger plan to improve mental health while allowing you to be creative.

Support for Families

Raising a child can be hard because kids' feelings and actions can change quickly. Some behaviors are normal, but some might mean there is a problem. We can help you figure this out. Getting help early can make a big difference. Our goal is to support kids and families to be healthy and happy.

If your child is doing something dangerous or talks about hurting themselves or others, please get help right away. For immediate help, call 2-1-1 for mobile crisis, 9-1-1 for emergencies, or 9-8-8 for the suicide lifeline.
