We believe you matter.

Behavioral Health.

We all want to feel supported and understood, especially during challenging times or when things seem out of control. Our warm and experienced clinicians are here to help you find the right path to feeling better.

For immediate help, please call 2-1-1 for mobile crisis, 9-1-1 for your local first responder, or 9-8-8 for a suicide and crisis lifeline.

Serving adults and children, age six and older, our licensed clinicians are dedicated to your wellness by offering two primary treatment approaches: talk therapy and art therapy.

Our team supports a range of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, and more. Once our clinicians meet with you, they'll help determine the best treatment approach for your needs. We offer in-person services in Bridgeport and Fairfield, as well as teletherapy. Language translation is available in 82+ languages. We also provide youth and parent support groups and a Community Support Program (CSP) for adults with mental health and addiction concerns. We accept insurance, including Medicaid and CHIP, and offer a sliding fee scale—no one is denied services due to inability to pay.

Talk Therapy.

Talk therapy, or psychotherapy, involves speaking with a trained mental health professional, either individually or in a group. It's an effective way to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, or to explore feelings and develop coping skills.

Talk therapy can improve relationships, help with life changes, and provide support during distressing situations. Sessions typically last 30 minutes to an hour.

Art Therapy.

Art therapy uses creative expression like drawing, painting, or sculpting to help you process feelings that are hard to express with words. It's effective for all ages, helping reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and low self-esteem. You don't need to be skilled in art to benefit.

Guided by a certified art therapist, this approach is often part of a broader treatment plan. Art therapy is not just a general creative activity but a structured clinical therapy designed to improve mental health.

Support for Families

Raising a child can be challenging, and kids' emotions and behaviors can change quickly. While some behaviors are normal, others may signal a bigger problem that affects the whole family. We help you distinguish between typical behavior and more serious issues. Early intervention can make a big difference. Our goal is to help youth and families lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

If your child’s behavior is dangerous, or if they talk about wanting to hurt themselves or others, get help right away. Call 2-1-1 for mobile crisis, 9-1-1 for your local first responder, or 9-8-8 for a suicide and crisis lifeline.
