New Satellite Locations
Pediatric Healthcare Associates is an independent pediatric group providing compassionate, evidence-based care from infancy through young adulthood. In partnership with LifeBridge, PHA is expanding access to integrated medical and behavioral health services for children and families across Fairfield County. With LifeBridge clinicians onsite, this collaboration ensures PHA patients have direct, streamlined access to counseling services, bringing two trusted providers together to meet the growing need for coordinated, family-centered care. PHA has offices in Stratford, Fairfield, Shelton, and Trumbull.
Talk Therapy.
Talk therapy, or psychotherapy, is when you talk to a trained mental health professional. You can do this alone or in a group. It helps people with feelings like anxiety and depression and provides ways to handle problems. This therapy can improve relationships and support you during hard times. Most sessions last 30 to 60 minutes.
Art Therapy.
Art therapy is a way to use creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpting to help people express feelings that may be hard to explain. It can help anyone, no matter how old, by reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety and improving self-esteem.
You don’t need to be a good artist to participate. A certified art therapist will help you with the activities. This type of therapy is part of a bigger plan to improve mental health while allowing you to be creative.
