We believe you matter.

Behavioral Health.

We all want to feel supported and understood during tough times. Our warm and experienced clinicians are here to help you feel better.

For immediate help, please call 2-1-1 for mobile crisis, 9-1-1 for your local first responder, or 9-8-8 for a suicide and crisis lifeline.

We help adults and children six and up feel better with talk therapy and art therapy.

We help people with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and other issues. You can see us in Bridgeport or Fairfield or talk to us online. We have support groups for young people and parents. We also support adults dealing with mental health issues and addiction through our Community Support Program. We can translate in over 82 languages. We take many insurance plans, including Medicaid and CHIP. We also have a sliding fee scale so everyone can get the care they need.

Talk Therapy.

Talk therapy, or psychotherapy, is when you talk to a trained mental health professional. You can do this alone or in a group. It helps people with feelings like anxiety and depression and provides ways to handle problems. This therapy can improve relationships and support you during hard times. Most sessions last 30 to 60 minutes.

Art Therapy.

Art therapy is a way to use creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpting to help people express feelings that may be hard to explain. It can help anyone, no matter how old, by reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety and improving self-esteem.

You don’t need to be a good artist to participate. A certified art therapist will help you with the activities. This type of therapy is part of a bigger plan to improve mental health while allowing you to be creative.

Support for Families

Raising a child can be hard because kids' feelings and actions can change quickly. Some behaviors are normal, but some might mean there is a problem. We can help you figure this out. Getting help early can make a big difference. Our goal is to support kids and families to be healthy and happy.

If your child is doing something dangerous or talks about hurting themselves or others, please get help right away. For immediate help, call 2-1-1 for mobile crisis, 9-1-1 for emergencies, or 9-8-8 for the suicide lifeline.
