Career Opportunities

We are passionate about our work and contribution to the community. We know that the most significant part of our continuing impact is working with people who share that same passion.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion planning is an organizational journey – it is not intended to be performative or a “check the box” type project. We believe organizations must move beyond simply tolerating differences and instead embrace the various characteristics of our colleagues and the world around us – we must learn to appreciate, respect, and understand our differences. We believe all parts and members of the organization should contribute to making our organization diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

As a trauma-informed agency, we acknowledge the physical and mental toll that comes from adverse experiences. We ensure that our programs and services are offered through the lens of sensitivity to those lived experiences, and policies, procedures, and spaces are developed to help staff and clients feel physically and psychologically safe.
