We offer accessible counseling services to support mental, emotional, and community well-being for ages 6 and up.
We are committed to addressing the complex mental health and wellness challenges youth, adults, and families face in the greater Bridgeport and Fairfield communities. To maximize our impact, we provide trauma-informed services and promote collaboration and shared learning. Our services, policies, and workplace culture are shaped through a trauma-informed lens, which ensures all are developed with the goal of helping our team and clients feel physically and psychologically safe.

To support mental well-being, we've developed clear positions on key social issues impacting our community.

We respect the dignity of every individual and treat those in need with compassion and competence. We educate the public on health threats and advocate for social changes that reduce suffering and enhance well-being.

Health care, inclusive of mental health care, is a human right. Everyone should have access to all the health care they need without financial hardship, and no one should be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

We support initiatives that promote mental health equity and improve the social and structural determinants of mental health. We advocate for the dissemination of evidence-based interventions that improve both the social and mental health needs of clients and their families.

We support efforts to eliminate racism by fostering respect for diversity and multiculturalism. We're committed to learning about our community's cultural identities and developing cross-cultural skills to better serve our mission. Cultural competence enhances our capacity and builds trust with those we serve.
