Starting high school can feel like stepping into a whole new world.

That’s why HYP+E (Help You Prepare and Empower) is here—a social-emotional learning group led by Kevin Payne to support rising 9th graders as they prepare for this important transition.

Through interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and real-life scenarios, students will:

✅ Build confidence
✅ Strengthen self-awareness
✅ Gain tools to navigate change, manage stress, build healthy relationships, and set meaningful goals

Helping teens start strong—emotionally and socially.

Sessions will take place at LifeBridge and will start on the following days:

📅 Wednesday, July 16 – for Central High School students
📅 Thursday, July 17 – for Harding High School students
